Resumo Cient\u00edfico Objetivo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Revis\u00e3o sistem\u00e1tica com meta-an\u00e1lise de seis ensaios cl\u00ednicos randomizados (n=251) avaliando a efic\u00e1cia e seguran\u00e7a da atividade f\u00edsica e exerc\u00edcios no manejo da endometriose.
